Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Kouros in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Kouros.

Kouros provides AI-generated and geometry-based aesthetic analysis of physique photos you upload, for entertainment and self-improvement purposes.

Kouros is not medical advice, a medical device, or a diagnostic tool of any kind. Nothing Kouros produces is a substitute for evaluation by a qualified physician, dermatologist, mental health professional, or other licensed provider.

Kouros is for users who are at least 18 years old. By using Kouros you represent that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer this service to anyone under 18, and we do not offer a parental-consent flow for minors.

You retain full ownership of every photo you upload. By uploading a photo you grant Kouros a limited, revocable license to store and process that photo solely to generate your own analysis results. We do not use your photos to train models, and we do not sell your photos.

You may only upload:

• Photos of yourself.

You may never upload:

• Nudity or sexually explicit content.
• Photos depicting anyone who has not consented to this analysis.
• Photos depicting anyone under 18.

We use automated checks to flag photos that appear to violate these rules, and may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Scores, measurements, and commentary are estimates generated by automated geometry and AI models. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or consistent between scans, and should not be treated as objective fact about you.

Kouros does not guarantee any particular outcome, improvement, or result from using the service or acting on any recommendation it produces.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kouros and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on Kouros's output.

You agree to indemnify and hold Kouros and its operator harmless from any claim arising out of your violation of these terms or the content you upload.

You may stop using Kouros and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, including the content rules above or the 18+ requirement.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above, and continued use of Kouros after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
