Privacy Policy

• Account data: your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Photos you upload for physique scans.
• Landmarks and metrics derived from those photos.
• AI-generated analysis text and scores.
• Plan and theme preferences.

We use your data solely to generate your own analysis results and to operate your account. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train AI models.

We share data with the following subprocessors, only as needed to provide the service:

• Firebase / Google Cloud, for authentication, photo storage, and the database.
• Anthropic (Claude API), which receives your uploaded photos to generate subjective analysis.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account, scans, and stored photos at any time from Settings, which removes your data from our systems. See the account deletion flow in Settings for details on exactly what is removed.

You can access your data at any time by viewing your scans, export a JSON copy of your profile and scan results from Settings, and delete your account and data at any time. Contact us if you need help exercising any of these rights.

We use Firebase Authentication's session persistence and local storage to keep you signed in, and local storage to remember your light/dark theme preference. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Kouros is restricted to users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Accounts found to belong to a minor will be terminated and the associated data deleted.

Your data may be processed or stored outside Canada by the subprocessors named above, including in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date above.
